"An intimate sharing of what is obviously a loved landscape and inspiration for this artist. The strength and delicacy in the handling of the tone is masterful. The rocky landfall makes a marvellous Z-line to take the eye from the foreground to the skyline. The excellent handling of the oil paint from the broad rock masses to the wispy grasses is beautifully demonstrated."

A good, strong honest portrait.BEST WATERSCAPE - DAVID CLARKE - 'HIGH SEAS' - This is a powerful seascape. The surge and thrust of the sea and the rumbling foam is palpable, and one can almost taste the salt. One can feel the Northern Territory sunlight in this tender drawing of the artist’s canine friends. The watchful eyes draw in the viewer.BEST SMALL - SALLY RYAN - 'I'D RATHER BE FACEBOOKING' - SOLD - This is an exemplar of the small painting. It is a self contained world.
